Maruti Township
A company under the conglomerate of RGD Group, was established in 2010 with its first T&CP-approved colony plotting project. A pioneer in Janjgir-Champa's real estate market, it introduced the district's first multi-storey residential apartment. Maruti Residency, a 6-acre township, offers plots, apartments, and a Commercial Plots with diverse amenities.
Maruti Ventures
Maruti Ventures, part of the RGD Group, was established in 2017. With 7 years of experience in real estate and construction, we expanded into government residential building projects, bringing expertise and quality to public infrastructure development.

With 14 years in K12 education, we expanded into higher education by partnering with Boston Institute of Analytics (BIA) for the Indore campus.
